A Free Legal Advice Clinic:
Each week on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Commencing Wednesday 11th June 2008.
The service is provided on a pro-bono basis and is therefore free of charge. Clients will be seen on a first come first seen basis and interviews will last approx half hour for each person.
The legal areas covered include:
1) Housing law - landlord and tenant disputes
2) Employment Law - potential or actual dismissal and/or
redundancy/all aspects of discrimination
3) Family Law - all matters
4) Criminal Law - all matters
We also provide an extensive debt service, supporting and assisting clients with all aspects of debt.
We offer a free 24 hour, seven day a week emergency service to clients for matters concerning
1) Police arrest
2) Next day Court appearance
3) Domestic Violence
4) Other Imminent Family Law - breach of court orders, such as non-molestation orders
5) Bailiffs
