Professional couple seek one bedroom property to rent in Kentish Town.
Hi
We are a professional couple who currently live in Kentish Town. Unfortunately our current landlord intends to sell the property, so we are looking for a new home!
Ideally we are looking to for a one bedroom property in Kentish Town. It needs to be furnished to a high standard and available to rent from April.
Our maximum budget is £300 per week.
We are currently in contact with many local letting agents, but as the market is slow at the moment, few properties are available. We thought we may try this route and see if we could contact any private landlords.
We are a friendly, reliable and conscientious couple and would obviously treat the property as if it was our own home. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
Excellent employment and rental references can be provided.
