Posted by Richard in Local News, 3rd September 2010, 2:15pm

Camden Council residents have been invited to a climate change debate next week (Monday 6 September), which is focussed on how the borough can slash its CO2 emissions by 2020.
According to the council, the seminar will begin with a presentation of recently completed carbon reduction study which sets out a challenging road map to 40 per cent savings by 2020.
All visitors will then have an opportunity to contribute to the debate through an open question and answer session with authors of the report, Carbon Descent, as well as members of Camden’s sustainability team.
The event starts at 7pm and will be held at Camden Council Chamber, Camden Town Hall, London, WC1H 9JE. Readers that are interested should register by Friday 3 September by contacting smallsteps@camden.gov.uk.
